You can look up for existing groups within your area or your doctor might also be able to suggest the kind of support group you can join. Remember that you are not on your own to stop anxiety attacks. Even if you feel that you have the strength within you to take that step towards recovery, it makes a world of difference if you have the support from other people who cares about you.
