Today’s article is about Drugs. They’re not just illegal. No drugs are here and abundant. Let us start from the beginning. Drugs have been on this planet since the dawn of time. Human beings on the other hand have not. But something in the human psyche causes most of us to think we need to be medicated. What is it? Alexander the Great conquered the known world with his armies high on opium. Yes, it is true. The wounded could rest, and the fit also could because they didn’t have to hear the cries of the wounded, and were high themselves. Presently, mixed messages are being propagated to the masses. Just say no, drugs are bad, the anti-drug. Well my friends, every other commercial I see advertised to me on T.V. is pushing some drug or another. Celebrex, Avodart, Zoloft, and countless others. Come on, Drugs are Drugs. The only difference between Cialis and Cocaine is that one is legal and the other is not. It’s as if drugs that are manufactured in a pharmaceutical company’s lab, somehow are better for you than drugs on the street. Drugs are Drugs people. That is it. You cannot control drug usage. The war on drugs will never be won, and the reason for that is because of basic economics. Demand regulates Supply. If we could stop people from demanding drugs the supply would diminish. That is truth. It’s all about control. People want to control what others put into their bodies, when that is a loss cause. It’s like controlling what people think. You can reason with them, but they’re going to think whatever they want to. Drugs are getting into this country somehow, and I believe it’s because our government is allowing them to be trafficked. The reason for that is because drugs equal money people. If this country was run by the Constitution, then all drugs would be legal. Not one sentence in our Constitution states anything about what people consume into their bodies, nor has anything pertaining to drugs at all. And that is because the founders of the United States believed if freedom. They believed in personal responsibility. I say legalize all drugs, let the weak of the human species kill themselves off, while the strong will reproduce and slowly society will realize that drugs will ruin their lives. I mean drugs are illegal right now and people still are able to get them whenever they want. What if all illicit drugs were taxed and sold in regulated stores? Like a liquor store. Alcohol and tobacco are legal and not everybody drinks and smokes. What makes you think if cocaine or heroin were legal everybody would use them? That is not the case. The weak would use and the strong would prosper. No difference than what is happening right now. Except now the weak are being locked up, not treated, and released to do it all over again. A never ending string of criminals. Our tax dollars are being used to lock away non-violent supposed criminals, and not getting any real knowledge about how or why they should contain their addictions. Addiction is not a crime, and if it were, all Americans would be criminals because all humans are addicted to something or other. Whether it is a drug of some kind, or food, or sex, or video games. Drugs are Drugs
