Multiple Subscriber Lists, How To Consolidate Them

By:

Do you have a subscriber list? If not then get that squeeze page up as quick as you can and drive traffic to it. What if you have more than one list? For example, over time you may have used different programs to build your list. How do you consolidate your lists? Keep reading to find out.

Also I have a question about emailing and spam. We'll discuss a program called Telefriend and see if it is worth using.

Question #1: I have ended up with five lists. Two lists are on AutoResponse Plus. One list is on AWeber and the other list is on KickStart Cart. It's hard to manage this many lists. I need to get them all on one list so people are in one place so I can segment it. What is the best way to do this and in what order?

Ultimately, I am getting everything t to AWeber soon to manage my website. Where is the best place to get this done? Can someone in Fat Jack Hosting help me with this?

Answer: Let's analyze the tools you are using. You have AWeber, AutoResponse Plus, and KickStart Cart. Let's talk about this. It is very difficult to take your AWeber and AutoResponse Plus lists and upload them into KickStart Cart. If you try then you have to verify every member on your list. This often leads to losing a good portion of your list.

You can't take your KickStart Cart and AutoResponse Plus and upload them to AWeber because you are going to have to double opt-in all those people again.

However, not all hope is lost. You can take your AWeber and KickStart Cart lists and upload them to AutoResponse Plus. Your list will never know and you won't have to make them verify or double opt-in again. So this would be your best course of action.

Question #2: Do Telefriend and other viral software really work as well as their hyped-up sales letters claim? Is offering a bribe for people to refer their friends a wise move? Wouldn't this be considered spam? Do you actually use a software program like this?

Answer: No, I personally don't use this type of software. I think this software would encourage spam. Plus, do people really people give you permission to email them? The only way would be when they are signing up to let their friends know about it. For example, when they send an email to their friends and their friends actually go to your page and sign up for themselves.
