If your roof or your ceiling needs to be replaced or fixed up, get a few or a lot of friends or family and do some home improvement and get it fixed. You will need to stay in a hotel or at someone's house until it is done. It depends on the ceiling if you have to stay out of the house because if it is in one part of the house, then all you have to do is stay in the other part of the house. But for the roof, you have to stay out because there will not be any roof there, which means there will be nothing to cover you. When you get out of the house you can start taking off pieces of your roof, but make sure no one is under the spot you are throwing the stuff down at because they can get hurt.

You need to have a hammer, nails, new boards, new insulation, a tape measure, a saw, a ladder, new shingles, and a pencil. You have to be prepared before you work on something like this, and you have to know what you are doing and how to do it.

If you don't know how, you can get someone like a professional to do it for you. It may cost you a lot more but they know what they're doing. If you don't know where you can find a professional, you can look in the yellow pages to find them or you can ask someone if they know of any professionals that do this kind of work. You have to be careful when you are on the roof of your house because you can fall, so make sure you wear some good shoes that have very good traction on them so you don't slip.

After you tear off the roof and get it all clear, then you can start cutting the boards and mark them. Then you can start to build the roof by nailing the boards where they need to go. Make sure you put it up right and when you finish it, and then you can start putting the insulation on the bottom and the boards across the roof. After that then you put the shingles in the roof by nailing them and then you are done. Your house will be finished and you can move back in your house. You also will not have any leaks from your roof. If it is your ceiling, then all you have to do is tear it down and put it back up by getting some drywall and nailing it to the boards. Then you can put compound and mud in it. When that is done, all you have to do is sand it and paint it.
