With the highly popular introduction of the Xbox by Microsoft, it was only time before they introduced another better model. In comes the xbox 360. The new 360 game console is the successor to the Xbox, and competes with the PlayStation 3 and the Wii as part of the seventh generation of video game consoles. There is definitely a market of casual gamers out there. Enough to balance out the hard core gamers.

With its extensive digital media features, a superior online service, and an excellent game library, the Xbox 360 is one of the highest in demand consoles for heavy gamers compared to units like the PS3 by Sony.

The Xbox 360 is an excellent console. Assuming you are going to upgrade to the 360 over the original model, you will find that the raw processing power of it is many times greater than the original console. Aesthetically, it is a dramatic leap over the original Xbox.
